Having spent rather a lot of time on 20Bet, I can state with confidence that it's a platform worth looking at particularly for New Zealand gamblers. It truly stands out for the range of betting markets, attractive odds, and well-crafted mobile software. Although 20Bet is still somewhat new, it seems to be on the correct path.

The degree of security and customer support 20Bet takes truly speaks to me. It's not only about the games or the odds; here is a real attempt to provide a fair and safe betting experience, something not usually the case on more recent websites.

For those who appreciate a broad spectrum of sports, including niche events alongside the big leagues, 20Bet is a good choice. The sportsbook is large, and the mobile app is clearly built for navigation. Though they aren't the most giving, the range of promos is certainly a benefit. Having said that, the bonuses are really good but come with some strings attached. Given the wagering requirements, particularly, you will have to pay close attention to the subtleties. 

I did find some minor withdrawal problems which is usually the case with new betting sites; so, it is advisable to follow the same method. Though it has a few shortcomings, 20Bet feels like a good option. I will be watching how 20Bet develops and am eager to see what fresh things they provide going forward.

Licensing and Regulation

20Bet is a legit online sportsbook with all the proper licences. 20Bet registration is done by a solid team, TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited, ensuring a safe and fair gaming environment. I noticed that they also run 22Bet, which isn't really a shocker considering the names of both platforms. 

TechSolutions (CY) Group Limited is registered in Cyprus with registration number HE 377018 and has its registered office located at Parthenonos 5, Flat 103, 2020, Nicosia, Cyprus. 

TechSolutions Group N.V. (reg. number 144920 (0)) is the licence holder with an address at Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, Curacao. 

Security Measures

Having one or multiple licences isn’t going to be enough if the websites or betting apps do not have credible security measures. I’ve seen several platforms that boast plenty of paperwork but fall short in the department of cybersecurity. 20Bet, fortunately, does not have that issue.

Alongside a robust 20Bet registration process, it has strong security measures, including HTTPS protocol and a firewall system, to prevent unauthorised access to your account. Additionally, SSL encryption ensures that all online communications are encrypted, protecting your data from potential leaks. In my opinion, these are the bare minimum for any betting platform today.

One cool thing is that 20Bet lets you keep your privacy by providing anonymous crypto transactions for an additional degree of protection.

The website shows third-party security seals in its footer to help to confirm its validity even more. These seals reflect 20Bet's dedication to create a safe and secure gaming environment.

100% First Deposit Bonus Up to NZ$200 for Casino

Choose this offer if you want to play casino games; it matches your initial deposit up to NZ$200. To be eligible for this bonus, though, you must make a deposit of at least NZ$35.

Apart from the bonus of NZ$200, you will get 120 free spins. You can use the free spins for four days since your daily spinning count is just 30. The free spins call for a 40x wagering requirement - fairly high for the industry.

100% First Deposit Bonus Up to NZ$150 for Sports Betting

If you enjoy 20Bet sports betting like me, you probably will choose this option with up to NZ$150 as a 100% first deposit bonus. Sure, it is NZ$50 less than the casino bonus, but the 20Bet minimum deposit has also dropped to NZ$15. Still, I’ve seen more lucrative bonuses in their sister platform, 22Bet.

There's a catch with the bonus: you need to bet it five times on accumulators with at least two picks and total odds of 2.00 or more. You have seven days to do this, and only settled bets count. Also, you can't withdraw your winnings until you've met these requirements. If you try, you'll lose the bonus. 

This is pretty rough, to be honest. A bet that has total odds of more than 2.00 is essentially a 50/50 chance of coming off. So that’s five 50/50 bets in a row if you want to see any of your bonus money. I’m no mathematician, but those aren’t great odds. In saying that, if you can pull it off, you’ll be laughing all the way to the bank!

So, make sure to read the fine print before claiming, and keep an eye out for any 20Bet bonus codes that pop up to sweeten the deal.

The low bonus amounts of the sign-up offers may seem a bit underwhelming. But thankfully, there are many more bonuses available on 20Bet that, in my opinion, make up for the sub-par 20Bet welcome bonus. I didn’t find any 20Bet promo code no deposit at the time of testing but you could well get one in the future. 

Second Deposit Bonus 50% Up to NZ$150

If you enjoy casino games on the 20Bet casino app, your second deposit will pay you still another bonus. The bonus will this time be half of your deposit. This calls for at least a NZ$35 deposit, just as the first bonus.

Additionally, you will earn 50 free spins, but these are only valid for the Great Rhino Megaways slot. I think you can use them for Johnny Cash if the Rhino slot is unavailable. A 40x wagering requirement remains on this bonus as well. 

Friday Reload

Similar to its second deposit incentive, 20Bet provides a Friday Reload bonus for casino aficioners. You can grab a 50% bonus up to 150 every Friday. You must deposit at least NZ$35 and must do it Friday, between 00:00 and 23:59 NZT. There is just one bonus once a week, hence time is absolutely important.

Activating the bonus will also result in free spins—25 free spins will be added to your account right away and another 25 will show in 24 hours. Should Wolf Gold not be available, the free spins are for the Journey Flirt slot. Remember that there is a 40x wagering requirement associated with winnings from these free spins.

This offer is only available beginning with your second deposit; any deposits made outside the designated period will not be credited towards the Friday Reload offer.

Forecast

Forecast is one of my favourite 20Bet incentives; any experienced 20Bet sports bettors will appreciate this one. It's a fantastic chance to put your sports knowledge to use, maybe earning some big money.

If you have at least NZ$35 deposited over the past five days, you can take part by forecasting the results of 10 chosen sporting events. Should you be able to properly forecast all 10 occurrences, you may win a huge NZ$1,500 free bet! You still win NZ$150 or NZ$80 even if you’re a few matches off target. 

To join, simply deposit the required amount and make your forecasts. If a match is cancelled, your forecast will be void. Bonuses are automatically credited after the official results.

Whether a single or a multi-bet, the free bet can be utilised on any sportsbook event. Though the free bet itself won't be repaid with your wins, any gains from your free bet will be applied to your main balance as withdrawable money. 

Saturday Reload

I tried 20Bet's Saturday Reload Bonus, and here’s what you need to know. To qualify, you must place bets of at least NZ$35 every day from Monday to Friday—no free bets or bonus funds allowed. Also, avoid making any withdrawals six hours before your Saturday deposit.

Deposit at least NZ$15 on Saturday under promo code "SRB" between 00:00 and 23:59 NZT. Equivalent to 100% of your up to NZ$150 investment, the free bet will show up in your account.

The two-day free bet has to be utilised on a multi bet with at least three selections. Although the bonus is simple, I discovered that persistent betting over the week is necessary—which may not be best for casual bettors. If you fit the qualifications, though, it's a good approach to increase your weekend money.
